The name ‘El Zopilote’ (The Vulture) came to us because many times as we set out on our early morning journey to collect beer from the Baja Brewing Company in Los Cabos.
In 2009, we started serving craft beer on draught from the Baja Brewing Company in Los Cabos. We expanded our menu to include some more casual brew pub style dishes as well as some Mexican options.
